Caesare was raised in Cleveland , Ohio the Rock and Roll Capital of the world. As the youngest of three children, he was brought up in a poverty-stricken, fatherless household. Caesare adores his mother (just as Elvis adored Gladys.)   He would do anything from shoveling snow at his elementary school, collecting pop bottles for the deposits and cutting lawns to help support his family. He could often be found folding pizza boxes at the neighborhood pizzeria to earn a cheese pizza for dinner. He did these things, despite the ridicule from the other children.   

Music from great artists such as Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, Dean Martin, Engelbert Humperdinck, Neil Diamond and of course Elvis, had a huge impact on his young dreams.   A small boy with a man's responsibilities he often daydreamed of being on stage performing his favorite love songs.   These childhood dreams comforted his lonely heart.

Yearning for perfection, Caesare has transformed his dream into reality. A great fan of Elvis, Caesare wears his showmanship on his sleeve rather than shedding tears on his pillow. Through each performance fans are able to remember Elvis’ wonderful music, easing their pain of loosing the greatest entertainer of our time.   He performs to a wide variety of venues to wide-ranging audiences through out the world.  From  New York City to Las Vegas , Hawaii to Europe to the Virgin Islands .  His smooth vocals and uncanny resemblance to Elvis add the finishing touch to the songs made famous by the King of Rock and Roll. Caesare’s unique ability to depict each era of Elvis' life from the early Gold Lame, the fun movie songs, the raw sexy 1968 Black Leather comeback and finally the legendary studded, jeweled jumpsuits of the glamorous Las Vegas Years, he is considered the best Elvis Entertainer in the world.

Caesare has brought honor to the man and his music.  He’s accomplished this goal to the approval of his peers and all who have had the opportunity to enjoy the music of Eternally Elvis in concert.  Caesare has had the pleasure of performing this marvelous adventure of heartfelt nostalgia throughout the world, and has always returned home to Cleveland with the satisfaction that the role he has assumed is one that truly belongs to him.  

Caesare continues to grow professionally taking on other areas of the entertainment industry.
